Ingredient for  home made paneer curry recipe ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ
·        500 gm chena (cheese)  
·        100 suji  
·        20 coriander leaves
·        100 potato (optional )
·        grinding masala(details below)  
·        salt ,garama masala (optional)
·        oil for deep fry steam chenna tubes (cheese)  
·        1 tea spoon chili powder
·        1 capsicum
·        1 tea spoon dalchini powder
·        1 tea spoon turmeric  powder






ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ (grind  masala)
·        10 gm fried pea nuts
·        ¼ slice coconut
·        20 ginger
·        2  kaju  (optional)
·        2 red chilli or red chilli powder
·          10 jira
·          2 dalchini
·          2 green cardamom
·          1 black cardamom
·          2 tomato


ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ (Making Process)

  •  Mix 500gm (cheese)  with 100 gm suji add salt steam that dough in  Pressure cooker
  • After cheese steam make it cool.
  • After 2 to 3 hours slice like paneer tube
  • Deep fry paneer tubes and potato  with oil.
  • Switch on the gas add oil on the pan put capsicum and fry 2 min  add turmeric powder and chilli powder  put grind masala any fry till brown .
  • add garam masala (optional )
  • add potato and paneer fry add salt.
  • Add water as you like . mix properly .
  • Cook  with low flame gas  for 20 min.
