Ingredient for Aloo gobi
Recipe restaurant style
- 2 onion
- 2 capsicum
- Tomato
- coriander leaves
- 250 gm aloo
- 1 gobi
- ginger garlic paste 20 gm
- dalchini & chilli powder 2 tea spoon
- garam masala 2 tea spoon
Aloo gobi Recipe
(Making Process)
1.
2 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, 250 gm
aloo,1 gobi,
ginger garlic paste 10 gm,
dalchini & chilli powder, garam masala
2.
slice 2 onion, 2
capsicum, tomato, potato
3.
fry slice onion and capsicum with oil , add salt ,
turmeric , chilli powder & ginger
garlic paste , fry 5 to 10 min , add curry powder, dalchini powder.
4.Add
slice potato and gobi fry 5 min . After boil potato and gobi switch off gas
sprinkle coriander leaves at last . follow my video .
