Ingredient for  Chole recipe

·        500 gm  chole

·        100gm chana

·        3 onion

·        4 simla mirch(optional)

·        20 gm ginger garlic tomato paste

·        1 tea spoon turmeric powder

·        1 tea spoon chilli powder

·        1 tea spoon  dalchini  & curry powder

·       coriander leave

Chole recipe (Making Process)


·        Put 500 gm  chole & 100gm chana Dal 500 ml water wait for 1 to 2 hours

·        slice 3 onion and 4 simla mirch(optional) fry with oil , 20 gm ginger garlic tomato paste

·        after 4 min put  turmeric , chilli powder, dalchini  & curry powder

·        add boil chole and chana dal on the masala , add salt mix properly

·        after 10 to 15 sprinkle coriander leave . server chole with bhature

·        100 gm suji

·        500 maida flour

·        ghee or oil 1 tea spoon

·        baking powder 1 tea spoon

·        50 gm milk

·        10 gm sugar

·        salt

·        oil for deep fry



Bature recipe (Making Process)

·        put 100 gm suji in 50 ml water wait for 15 min, 500 maida flour, ghee or oil

·        1 tea spoon , baking powder 1 tea spoon, 50 gm milk, 10 gm sugar, salt

 

·        make a dough and cover that dough in a water cloth . wait for 3 to 4 hours

·        after 4 hours make small ball and roll that as you like & deep fry with oil

·         Follow my video .

Gajar halwa Paratha (Making Process)

·        250 gm wheat flour, salt, 10 gm oil make a dough add water and knead into a dough. Wait for 2 to 3 hours 

·        make small balls add put gajar halwa in to the ball like me

·        roll that balls like round shape then  fry with oil in tawa pan

·        cabbage 200 gm

·        black jira 2 gm

·        (besan) gram flour 200 gm

·        maida flour 100 gm

·        oil for  fry

Mix vegetable cabbage cutlet Recipe   (Making Process)

·        slice 2 onion , 1 capsicum,karipatta,podina,coriander leaves,cabbage 200 gm .

·        add black jira 2 gm , (besan) gram flour 200 gm, maida flour 100 gm, slice  onion , capsicum, karipatta, podina, coriander leaves, cabbage mix properly and make a paste.

·        Make ball and  fry with oil in pan

Delicious Gajar Halwa recipe | Monsoon Special Gajar Halwa Recipe

Ingredient for Gajar ka Halwa   Recipe 

·        1 kg carrot (Gajar)

·        1 kg cream milk

·        250 gm sugar

·        Salt

·        25 gm kaju kismiss & 10-12 almonds sliced

·        green elaich powder

·        2 gm jira

·        2 tej patta

·        100 ml ghee or oil

·        condensed milk (Optional)

 

Gajar ka halwa (Making Process)

·        slice 1 kg carrot (Gajar) like me .

·        Put 2 tea spoon  ghee or oil  , put jira & teja patta fry then put slice gajar

·        add salt , sugar  mix properly . then add 1 ml cream milk or  condensed milk (Optional). 

·        sprinkle green elaich powder then kaju kismiss & almonds slices

Ingredient for veg upma   Recipe 

·        2 carrot

·        20 gm bins

·        matar 50 gm

·        2 onion

·        karipatta

·        10 gm ginger

·        4 green chilli

·        20 gm pea nuts

·        mustard seed 2 gm

·        fry suji 100 gm

·        100 fry vermicelli

·        Turmeric powder

·        Oil for fry

·        You can add coconut , any other vegetables that you like


Veg upma  (Making Process)


·        slice onion, ginger, green chilli

·        fry all vegetable, suji and vermicelli

·        hot oil in another  pan put mustard seed then  karipatta , onion, green chilli, ginger  fry for 3 min

·        add turmeric powder  then one glass water wait for boil .

·        after boil put vermicelli then fry suji mix properly  at last add vegetables

Ingredient for Puri Recipe   Recipe 

·        150 gm wheat flour

·        100 gm maida

·        ghee / Oil 1 tea spoon

·        kala jira 2 gm

·        baking powder 1 gm  

·        10 ml milk

·        10 gm sugar

·        250 ml water

 

Puri recipe (Making Process)

·        Mix wheat flour with maida  .

·        Add salt , ghee /oil kala jira on it. Put baking powder  & sugar   

·        put  10 ml milk and make a dough add water and knead into a dough.

·        Apply oil knead again

·        Wait for 1 hour . after 1 to 2 hours make small balls

·        Roll puri in to  small size

·        Deep fry with vegetable  oil.
