for Bature recipe

100 gm suji
·
500 maida flour
·
ghee or oil 1 tea spoon
·
baking powder 1 tea spoon
·
50 gm milk
·
10 gm sugar
·
salt
·
oil for deep fry
Bature recipe (Making Process)
·
put 100 gm suji in 50 ml water wait for 15 min,
500 maida flour, ghee or oil
·
1 tea spoon , baking powder 1 tea spoon, 50 gm
milk, 10 gm sugar, salt
·
make a dough and cover that dough in a water
cloth . wait for 3 to 4 hours
·
after 4 hours make small ball and roll that as you
like & deep fry with oil
·
