Kachori Chaat Recipe | Indian Street Food Spicy Kachori Chaat at home

Ingredient for  Kachudi chat Recipe

·         100 gm rice flour
·         200gm Maida flour
·         salt
·         2 gm mustard seed
·         karipatta
·         2 onion
·         1 tea spoon turmeric
·         1 tea spoon chili
·         1 tea spoon Jira lanka powder
·         1 tea spoon masala powder  
·         2 tomato 
·         50 gm green matar
·         50 gm boil matar
·         5 boil potato
·         coriander leave
·         red chutney
·         curd
·         green chutney

Kachudi chat Recipe  (Making Process)

·        put water 100 gm rice flour and 200gm Maida flour salt and make a dough wait for 2 to 3 hours
·        put mustard seed in oil add kari patta, slice onion , fry 3 min . add turmeric , chili, Jira, masala powder  
·        put  slice tomato  fry 5 min . then add green matar & boil matar and boil potato mix properly 
·        put  masala to kachudi , add slice onion , coriander leave , red chutney , curd, green chutney ...

how to make soft puri recipe | soft crispy

Ingredient for Puri Recipe   Recipe 

·        150 gm wheat flour

·        100 gm maida

·        ghee / Oil 1 tea spoon

·        kala jira 2 gm

·        baking powder 1 gm  

·        10 ml milk

·        10 gm sugar

·        250 ml water

 

Puri recipe (Making Process)

·        Mix wheat flour with maida  .

·        Add salt , ghee /oil kala jira on it. Put baking powder  & sugar   

·        put  10 ml milk and make a dough add water and knead into a dough.

·        Apply oil knead again

·        Wait for 1 hour . after 1 to 2 hours make small balls

·        Roll puri in to  small size

·        Deep fry with vegetable  oil.
