2 carrot
·
20 gm bins
·
matar 50 gm
·
2 onion
·
karipatta
·
10 gm ginger
·
4 green chilli
·
20 gm pea nuts
·
mustard seed 2 gm
·
fry suji 100 gm
·
100 fry vermicelli
·
Turmeric powder
·
Oil for fry
·
You can add coconut , any other vegetables that
you like
Veg upma (Making
Process)
·
slice onion, ginger, green chilli
·
fry all vegetable, suji and vermicelli
·
hot oil in another pan put mustard seed then karipatta , onion, green chilli, ginger fry for 3 min
·
add turmeric powder then one glass water wait for boil .
·
after boil put vermicelli then fry suji mix
properly at last add vegetables
·
