Ingredient for Matar ke Chole Recipe

200 gm dry matar
·
2 tea spoon
oil
·
2 slice onion and capsicum
·
1 tea spoon turmeric and red chili powder
·
20 gm ginger garlic paste
·
1 slice tomato
·
1 tea spoon garama masala
·
1 tea spoon dalchini powder
·
10 gm coriander leave
Matar ke Chole (Making
Process)
·
put dry matar with water wait for 3 to 4 hours.
then boil that in cooker
·
Put 2 tea spoon
oil in to the pan, put slice onion and capsicum one by one
·
fry 5 min then put turmeric and red chili
powder then add ginger garlic paste
·
put slice tomato, garama masala, dalchini powder
fry for 3 min then add boil matar .
·
add salt , also add water as you need, at last sprinkle coriander leave
