Ingredient for  Raw Banana chilli Recipe in 10 min 

·        matar 50 gm

·        4 onion

·        2 capsicum

·        2 tomato

·        coriander leaves

·        ginger  garlic paste 10 gm

·        5 raw banana

·        oil for deep fry

Raw Banana chilli  Recipe in 10 min  (Making Process)

·        slice  4 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, Raw Banana , grind ginger garlic ,

·        deep fry Raw Banana with,add salt , turmeric , chilli powder , at last add corn flour batter

·        then hot your pan add 2 table spoon oil and slice onion , 2 capsicum , fry 2 min. add slice tomato then ginger garlic paste fry 2 to 3 min .

·        add fried Raw Banana  cook for 5 to 6 min , sprinkle coriander leaves at last.    follow my video .

Ingredient for veg upma Recipe

·        200 gm fried Vermicelli

·        200 gm suji

·        2 onion

·        Karipatta

·        2 gm mustard seed

·        coriander leave

·        oil

 

Veg Upma Recipe (Making Process)

·        200 gm fried Vermicelli, 200 gm suji , 2 onion, karipatta, 2 gm mustard seed. coriander leave , oil .

 

·        put oil in pan ,then put 2 gm mustard seed , slice onion and karipatta . fry 4 min , add water , salt . wait for boil  

 

·        you can also add fried gajar , beet , cauliflower, green matar and garma masala for masala veg upma (optional)

 

·        mix fried vegetable properly server with chutney

Ingredient for Baingan Bharta Recipe

·        4 baingan

·        2 tea spoon  oil

·        2 slice onion and capsicum

·        1 tea spoon turmeric and red chili powder

·        20 gm ginger garlic paste

·        1 slice tomato

·        1 tea spoon  garama masala

·        1 tea spoon  dalchini powder

·        10 gm coriander leave

·          50 gm green matar

·        2 gm mustard seed

 

Baingan Bharta Recipe (Making Process)

·        roast 4 baingan over open flame  properly then put that in water.

·        Put 2 tea spoon  oil in to the pan, then mustard seed put slice onion and capsicum one by one

·        fry 5 min then put turmeric and red chili powder  then add ginger garlic paste

·        put slice tomato, garama masala, dalchini powder fry for 3 min then add boil matar .

·        add  roasted began & salt , mix properly,  at last sprinkle coriander leave

·        200 gm dry matar

·        2 tea spoon  oil

·        2 slice onion and capsicum

·        1 tea spoon turmeric and red chili powder

·        20 gm ginger garlic paste

·        1 slice tomato

·        1 tea spoon  garama masala

·        1 tea spoon  dalchini powder

·        10 gm coriander leave 

Matar ke Chole (Making Process)

·        put dry matar with water wait for 3 to 4 hours. then boil that in cooker

·        Put 2 tea spoon  oil in to the pan, put slice onion and capsicum one by one

·        fry 5 min then put turmeric and red chili powder  then add ginger garlic paste

·        put slice tomato, garama masala, dalchini powder fry for 3 min then add boil matar .

·        add salt , also add water as you need,  at last sprinkle coriander leave
