banana vada | Sweet and Salty Kela Vada | Raw Banana Vada

Ingredient for Raw banana vada Recipe 



·     5 to 6 raw banana

·     2 cup besan gram Flour

·     1 onion

·     250 water

·     boil banana

·     ginger garlic 10 gm

·     capsicum

·     oil for deep fry

·     salt

·     kala jira

·   coriander leaves



Raw banana vada Recipe  (Making Process)


·        measure 2 cup besan

·        boil water  raw banana .

·        after wait for cool . after cooling mix onion , garlic, ginger, kalajira, coriander leaves, salt on it.

·        Make a dough. After dough prepare a small ball display in  my video . use vegetable oil for deep fry.

·        you can serve this with  snacks or make banana curry its very testy .

Ingredient for green chutney  Recipe 



·     200 coriander leaves

·     50 water

·     onion (optional )

·     green chili 

·     mango mint ginger 

·     salt

·     ginger 10 gm 

·     red chili 5 gm 

·   podina leaves 

·     Sugar 1 tea spoon 

·   2 gm imli (Tamarind)


you can add coconut(optional)

·    grind all these things . add salt and sugar add salt and sugar ,your green chutney is ready

Ingredient for south indian chutney for dosa and idli 



·     1 cup  gram (chana dal)

·     1 cup pea nuts

·     250 water

·     boil 1 cup coconut 

·     1 onion

·     little podina patta

·     oil for  fry

·     salt

·     ginger garlic 

·     karipatta

·   coriander leaves 

·     green chili




south indian chutney  (Making Process)


·     add chana dal , peanuts and fry till little brown color.

·     rub off the gas and water  on it .

·     add onion , garlic , ginger, green chili, coconut, and salt. wait for one hour.  

·      

·     add after one to 2 hour grind all this thing make a chutney .
