peanut coconut chutney recipe for dosa idli | south indian dosa chutney

Ingredient for south indian chutney for dosa and idli 



·     1 cup  gram (chana dal)

·     1 cup pea nuts

·     250 water

·     boil 1 cup coconut 

·     1 onion

·     little podina patta

·     oil for  fry

·     salt

·     ginger garlic 

·     karipatta

·   coriander leaves 

·     green chili




south indian chutney  (Making Process)


·     add chana dal , peanuts and fry till little brown color.

·     rub off the gas and water  on it .

·     add onion , garlic , ginger, green chili, coconut, and salt. wait for one hour.  

·      

·     add after one to 2 hour grind all this thing make a chutney .
