Ingredient for Masala gobi Kachodi  Recipe 

·        250 gm wheat flour

·        Salt

·        10 gm oil

·        2 onion

·        2 simla mirch or capsicum

·        Small slice Gobi

Masala gobi Kachodi (Making Process)

·        Put 2 tea spoon  oil in to the pan put slice onion and simla mirch / capsicum

·        fry 5 min then put turmeric and red chili powder ginger garlic paste

·        tomato, garama masala, then put slice cauliflower , salt

·        fry that mix till dry at last sprinkle coriander leave , wait till cool

·        250 gm wheat flour, salt, 10 gm oil make a dough add water and knead into a dough. Wait for 2 to 3 hours 

·        make small balls add put Masala gobi mix in to the ball like me

·        roll that balls like round shape then deep fry with oil.

Ingredient for Chana Dal Puri  Recipe 

·        250 chana dal

·        2 onion and capsicum or simla mirch

·        2 tea spoon  oil

·        2 gm panmadhuri

·        1 tea spoon turmeric and red chili powder

·        Salt

·        coriander leave

·        250 gm wheat flour for dough

Chana Dal Puri  (Making Process)

·        250 gm wheat flour, salt, 10 gm oil make a dough add water and knead into a dough. Wait for 2 to 3 hours 

·        boil chana dal , slice onion and capsicum or simla mirch like me

·        Put 2 tea spoon  oil in to the pan, put panmadhuri in oil fry

·        then put slice onion and simla mirch / capsicum

·        fry 5 min then put turmeric and red chili powder  then put boil chana dal

·        add salt , fry that mix till dry at last sprinkle coriander leave , wait till cool

·        make small balls add put chana dal masala mix in to the ball like me

·        roll that balls like round shape then  fry with oil .

Ingredient for  Mix veg curry recipe

·        100 gm chana dal

·        50 gm chole

·        Potato

·        Pumkin

·        Bins

·        100 gm  palak

·        any vegetables

·        Green Papaya

·        2/3 drum stick

·         Shimba

·        4 saru

 

For masala

·        20 gm fried pea nuts

·        50 coconut

·        20 gm ginger

·        2 tomato

·         2 red chili

·        2/3 green elaichi

·        10 gm jira

·        1 dalchini

·        1 gm hengu

·        2/3 kaju

·        1 badi  elaichi

Mix Veg recipe (Making Process)


·        100 gm chana dal, 50 gm chole, potato, pumkin, bins, 100 gm  palak, any vegetables,

·        Green Papaya, 2/3 drum stick, shimba, 4 saru boil all vegetables in pressure cooker

·        Put slice capsicum or simla mirch in oil & fry add 1 tea

·        Spoon turmeric & red chili powder add grind masala

·        add boil vegetable in cooked masal add slice palak , slice coconut, boil matar  or Green matar,

·        gaja muga, at last sprinkle coriander leaves and fried jira lanka powder , you also add besan tubes
