Ingredient for masala Shimla Mirch Pakoda Recipe 



·        10 Shimla Mirch 

·        Besana 250 gm

·        Kala jira  2 gm

·        Salt

·        vegetable Oil

·        Green chili

·        podina leaves

·        coriander leaves

·        carry patta

·        mango  ginger

·        corn flour 20 gm

·        baking powder

 
        



Masala Shimla Mirch Pakoda Recipe  (Making Process)


·        measure 250 cup besan

·        Slices Shimla Mirch  in  small size 

·        mix  Besana 250 gm, Kala jira  2 gm, Salt, Green chili podina leaves, coriander leaves,  carry patta,  mango  ginger  with water make a batter .

·        use vegetable oil for deep fry .
