Ingredient for Vermicelli Kheer Recipe

200 gm fried Vermicelli
·
100 gm sugar
·
500 ml milk
·
20 gm milk powder
·
teja patta
·
4 green elich
·
kaju
kismis (optional)
·
2 gm jira
·
2 table spoon oil or ghee
·
salt

Process)
·
200 gm fried Vermicelli , 100 gm sugar, 500 ml
milk, 20 gm milk powder, teja patta
green elich, kaju kismis (optional), 2 gm jira, 2 table spoon oil or ghee, salt
·
put ghee or oil in pan , add jira, fry kaju and
kismiss , add tej patta
·
add 500 ml milk , fried vermicelli , sugar, salt
one by one then mix properly .
·
at last add milk powder and sprinkle elich powder
·
