Ingredient for  vegetable mamchurian Recipe 

  • 2 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • Karipatta
  • Podina
  • coriander leaves
  • cabbage 200 gm
  • black jira 2 gm
  • (besan) gram flour 200 gm
  • maida flour 100 gm
  • oil for deep fry


vegetable mamchurian Recipe   (Making Process)

slice 2 onion , 1 capsicum,karipatta,podina,coriander leaves,cabbage 200 gm .

add black jira 2 gm , (besan) gram flour 200 gm, maida flour 100 gm, slice  onion , capsicum, karipatta, podina, coriander leaves, cabbage mix properly and make a paste.

 Make ball and  deep fry with oil

slice  2 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, potato

fry slice onion and capsicum with oil , add salt , turmeric , chilli powder &  ginger garlic paste , fry 5 to 10 min , add curry powder, dalchini powder.

Add slice potato fry 5 min add water. After boil potato switch off gas add pakoda balls and coriander leaves.

Ingredient for  Aloo gobi Recipe restaurant style 

  • 2 onion
  • 2 capsicum
  • Tomato
  • coriander leaves
  • 250 gm aloo
  • 1 gobi
  • ginger garlic paste 20 gm
  • dalchini & chilli powder 2 tea spoon
  • garam masala 2 tea spoon


Aloo gobi   Recipe   (Making Process)

1.     2 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, 250 gm aloo,1 gobi,

         ginger garlic paste 10 gm, dalchini & chilli powder, garam masala

2.     slice  2 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, potato

3.     fry slice onion and capsicum with oil , add salt , turmeric , chilli powder &  ginger garlic paste , fry 5 to 10 min , add curry powder, dalchini powder.

    4.Add slice potato and gobi fry 5 min . After boil potato and gobi switch off gas sprinkle  coriander leaves at last .   follow my video .

Ingredient for  home made paneer curry recipe ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ
·        500 gm chena (cheese)  
·        100 suji  
·        20 coriander leaves
·        100 potato (optional )
·        grinding masala(details below)  
·        salt ,garama masala (optional)
·        oil for deep fry steam chenna tubes (cheese)  
·        1 tea spoon chili powder
·        1 capsicum
·        1 tea spoon dalchini powder
·        1 tea spoon turmeric  powder






ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ (grind  masala)
·        10 gm fried pea nuts
·        ¼ slice coconut
·        20 ginger
·        2  kaju  (optional)
·        2 red chilli or red chilli powder
·          10 jira
·          2 dalchini
·          2 green cardamom
·          1 black cardamom
·          2 tomato


ବିନା ପିଆଜ ରସୁଣ ଛେନା ତରକାରୀ (Making Process)

  •  Mix 500gm (cheese)  with 100 gm suji add salt steam that dough in  Pressure cooker
  • After cheese steam make it cool.
  • After 2 to 3 hours slice like paneer tube
  • Deep fry paneer tubes and potato  with oil.
  • Switch on the gas add oil on the pan put capsicum and fry 2 min  add turmeric powder and chilli powder  put grind masala any fry till brown .
  • add garam masala (optional )
  • add potato and paneer fry add salt.
  • Add water as you like . mix properly .
  • Cook  with low flame gas  for 20 min.

  • You can serve this with  lunch or dinner  its very testy .

Ingredient for  Paneer chilli Recipe in 10 min 

·        matar 50 gm

·        4 onion

·        2 capsicum

·        2 tomato

·        coriander leaves

·        ginger  garlic paste 10 gm

·        corn flour 3 table spoon

·        250 gm paneer

·        oil for deep fry


Pander chilli  Recipe in 10 min  (Making Process)

  • slice  4 onion, 2 capsicum, tomato, paneer , grind ginger garlic ,
  • deep fry paneer with corn flour batter ,add salt , turmeric , chilli powder , at last add corn flour batter
  • then hot your pan add 2 table spoon oil and slice onion , 2 capsicum , fry 2 min. add slice tomato then ginger garlic paste fry 2 to 3 min .
  • add fried paneer  cook for 5 to 6 min , sprinkle coriander leaves at last.

instant veg chow mein | paneer chowmein restaurant style |with out preservative mix tomato soya & chilli sauce

Ingredient for Veg Chowmein Recipe 

·        200 gm Chowmein

·        50 gm green matar

·        2 Onion

·        1 capsicum

·        2 Tomato (alternative of soya sauce)

·        100 gm cabbage

·        150 gm paneer

·        2 carrot

·        coriander leaves

·        tomato sauce (alternative of preservative mix tomato sauce)

·        curd 2 tea spoon (alternative of soya & chilli sauce )

·        garam masala 2 tea spoon

·        chilli powder 1 tea spoon (alternative of soya & chilli sauce )

 


 Chowmein Recipe   (Making Process)

Boil 200 gm Chowmein  after boil sain put it on a plate

Slice Onion, capsicum, Tomato, cabbage, paneer, carrot, coriander leaves

Fry all vegetables one by one like me . add salt and garam masala , chilli powder

At last put boil chowmein on that veg mix .add  green matar & paneer . mix properly .

Sprinkle coriander leaves , garnish chowmein with onion ,tomato sauce and curd Follow my video .   

     Don’t use preservative mix tomato sauce and chilli and soya sauce

          you can serve this in evening snacks  its very testy .
